An Arson Suspect ArrestedA joint investigation leads to the arrest of a 44 year old arson suspect. Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood says that longtime Lincoln resident and transient Tracy Milbourn Sr. was arrested for second degree arson in connection with three recent vacant house fires in the 20th and R area. The latest fire occured last night.
Officer Katie Flood says that witnesses saw Milbourn leave one of the homes on the block 15 minutes before the house was reported on fire. Milbourne was later located in the area with two lighters on his person. Milbourne was arrested for three counts of second degree arson.
