The Nebraska Department of labor reports 1,995 new unemployment claims were filed for the week ending April 3rd. That is up 130 from the week before. The number of new Pandemic Unemployment Assistance claims totaled 250 last week, up 237 from the week ending March 27th.
Regular unemployment claims totaled 11, 287, down 584 from the week before. Regular Pandemic Unemployment claims totaled 3.058, up 308 from the week ending March 27th.
