A Lincoln man will face an animal cruelty charge after a video of him kicking the dog went viral last week.
The Lancaster County Sheriff’s office said Monday afternoon they completed to follow up investigation and consulted with the county attorney’s office and cited Joshua Hunkins for animal cruelty.
During the investigation, Cain, the dog involved, was taken to an area veterinarian where he was examined. During this exam, Cain was determined to be in good health and had no injuries.
