By News Feb 6, 2021 | 9:50 PM

Nebraska (4-0) volleyball coach John Cook said before the season began that the challenge with back to backs would be who makes adjustments from game one to game two.

So far, Nebraska has done well in that regard.

A day after a 3-1 win over Maryland (0-6), No. 4 Nebraska was never threatened to drop a set, sweeping the Terrapins Saturday 25-14, 21, 18.

Nebraska hit .337 for the match, thanks in part to 29 assists from Nicklin Hames who also led the team with 10 digs. Maryland hit justĀ .169 for the match, including .000 in the opening set.

Madi Kubik paced the Huskers with 12 kills on the night. For the second match in a row, Riley Zuhn set a career high in kills, this time racking up 11.

Nebraska goes to Rutgers (1-5) next Friday and Saturday.
