No season schedule yet, but Nebraska baseball has selected team captains for 2021.
The four to be voted captains are Joe Acker, Mojo Hagge, Jaxon Hallmark. and Spencer Schwellenbach.
“These four guys all bring a little different brand of leadership to the team,” Head Coach Will Bolt said. “As a unit, they help set the high standards of our program on a daily basis. These guys are selfless, consistent hard workers and are certainly deserving of this honor.”
Three of the captains are seniors, including Hallmark, with Acker and Hagge both in their fifth-year. The lone junior, Schwellenbach, has been named a Preseason All-American by D1 Baseball and Baseball America.
Those four have combined to start 381 games at Nebraska.
