Investigation Continues Into Bomb Threat Monday

On November 23rd just before 3 p.m., Lincoln Fire and Rescue and police were dispatched to the Concentra Urgent Care Center at 4900 N 26th Street on a report of a bomb threat.  The employee reported receiving a phone call where a man’s voice was heard saying there was a bomb in their building.

A fire inspector responded along with LFR and after a thorough building search that lasted four hours.  it was determined there was not a threat in the building.

During the time it took to search and clear the building, several businesses were disrupted.  This investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
