One COVID-19 Death In Lancaster County Monday, 102 New Cases

The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department today announced that a resident has died from COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths in Lancaster County to 43.  The individual was a man in his 70s who had been hospitalized.

LLCHD reports 102 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lancaster County today, bringing the community total to 8,979.  Recoveries are up from 3,862 to 3,922

The overall positivity rate is up from 8.9% to 9%.  The State Rate remains at 11.2%.

There are 51 people hospitalized with six patients on ventilators.

  • Bryan Health: Former Graham Tire Store, northeast corner of 19th and “O” streets.
  • CHI Health St. Elizabeth and Test Nebraska: Gateway Mall, 6100 “O” St., northwest corner of the mall.  Test Nebraska’s hours are 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
