Theft Suspect Booked for Resisting Arrest And On Drug Charges

A Lincoln man is facing charges after a theft at Casey’s at 13th and # around 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 23rd.  An employee told police that a man had taken a phone charging cord valued at $12.99.  Officers viewed video surveillance and saw the individual take the court and were able to get a description.

Officers searched the area and the saw the suspect in an alley near South 11th and F.  Officers stopped 22 year old Pablo Robinson and started taking him into custody when he started resisting arrest.  Officers say Robinson ripped his arms away from them and started kicking.  Officers eventually placed Robinson in custody and during a search, they found a baggie containing amphetamines and a glass pipe with residue.

Robinson was booked for possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and for theft.
