Lincoln and Lancaster County has a new directed health measure until Halloween.
Health officials didn’t publicly release the information, but the city’s COVID-19 website shows the DHM for requiring face coverings extends until October 31. The current DHM ends on September 30.
The area has been required to wear masks since July 20.
Yesterday, the health department identified 86 new cases, UNL reported 18 new cases bringing the total to 656 and Lincoln Public Schools total grows to 21 but their numbers will be updated later today.
