Big Ten/ACC Challenge pits Nebraska against North Carolina State

By Kaleb Henry Jun 28, 2021 | 5:04 PM

The first road game for Nebraska men’s basketball is now known.

The Huskers will travel to North Carolina State December 1 as part of the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. The two teams have never met.

The Wolfpack return four of their top six scorers from last season’s team that went 14-11.

Nebraska is 5-5 all-time in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge, including a 3-2 record on the road.

Monday’s announcement is the third for Nebraska’s schedule, and rounds out their two conference challenge games. The other Huskers opponents so far are Creighton (November 16, Gavitt Tipoff Games) and Kansas State (December 19). Nebraska will also play Colorado in an exhibition game October 31.
