Here is the "Modified Bishop Scoring System" used to determine the winner:
-Each player gets ONE point for a correct Heads-Up pick
-Each player gets ONE point if their Upset Special covers the spread, they get TWO points for an outright win
-Each player gets TWO points for being the closest to the Husker score (must pick correct winner.)  Winner is first determined by the closest their predicted spread is to the actual spread of the game.  In case of a tie, winner is the one whose predicted winning team score is closest to the actual winning team score.
-If player predicts exact Husker score, they get FOUR points.
