Nebraskans will get another chance to comment on the proposed Keystone XL pipeline after the latest State Department environmental impact report was released Friday. The report says the pipeline would not have a significant impact on the resources along the pipeline route as long as TransCanada follows existing law. In addition to existing law, Pourbaix says TransCanada has agreed to 57 other provisions to build and operate the Keystone XL pipeline safely.
