After months of detours and construction delays, "O" Street from 17th to 21st St. reopened yesterday.

The streets were closed to allow construction work on the Antelope Valley Project.

Kris Humphrey from Lincoln Public Works says motorists may still be effected by construction in the area.

Humphrey says the final phase of the project, including landscaping, is expected to be done by November.
