Men’s Basketball: Nebraska at Colorado Today for Charity Exhibition

By Kaleb Henry Oct 30, 2022 | 8:00 AM

Nebraska men’s basketball will close our their preseason schedule today on the road.

The Huskers will meet Colorado in Boulder for a charity exhibition game. Proceeds from the game will go directly to the Boulder County Wildfire Fund. Last season, proceeds benefited local charities in the Lincoln area.

Nebraska is coming off an 87-60 win over Chadron State in their first exhibition contest last weekend. The trio of Division I transfers — Juwan Gary, Sam Griesel, and Emmanuel Bandoumel — played a key part in the victory, combining for 46 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists.

Colorado has won at least 20 games each of the past four seasons. The Buffaloes have not played a public game yet this fall, though they did meet up with Wyoming for a closed scrimmage last weekend.

The game will not be televised. Instead, it will be streamed online at Pac-12.com and on BTN+. The BTN+ stream for the game is free here.

The Huskers Radio Network will have coverage beginning at 4 p.m., with Kent Pavelka and Jake Muhlheisen on the call. Coverage can be heard on affiliates across the state, including in Lincoln on 1400 AM and 99.3 FM KLIN.
