A 75-year-old woman with dementia that went missing early yesterday has been found safe and sound. Patsy Isaacson had last been seen at the Walgreens at 70th and O Street yesterday morning at around 1:30 and her husband called police to report her missing at 6:30 a.m. LPD says Isaacson called her family from the Hastings area at around 11:45 Tuesday night and has since returned home with her husband.
