A proposed development plan for north Lincoln receives approval from the Lincoln Lancaster County Planning commission.
An annexation and zoning change was approved by the planning commission for land on the north side of Interstate 80 near the 27th Street interchange. The proposal calls for commercial space, apartments and single-family homes. The owner of a nearby manufacturing company objects to the proposed apartments near the manufacturing site, along with traffic flow measures including roundabouts. The proposal will next to go the city council.
