Two Lincolnites are arrested after traveling over 100 miles per hour on the interstate.
The two were clocked by the state patrol traveling up to 158 miles per hour near North Platte. Troopers started a pursuit and eventually deployed spike strips to stop the speeding Mustang. The vehicle eventually slid into the grass and the two occupants were apprehended after they fled on foot. A search of the vehicle turned up more than one pound of marijuana and controlled pills. Arrested were 27 year old Patrick Thompson and 21 year old Alexandra Ganow, both of Lincoln.
