Jermaine Terry, a tight end prospect out of Richmond, California, announced via Twitter on Wednesday that Nebraska had extended a scholarship offer to him. Defensive line coach Tony Tuioti is currently on a recruiting trip in Richmond, California, Terry’s hometown.

The 6-foot-4, 235 pound prospect is rated four stars by 247 sports, and has received multiple offers from other power five schools, including LSU, Florida, Arizona and Oregon.
The Huskers are working well ahead in the recruiting cycle, as Terry is a member of the 2021 class. Nebraska has three commits in the 2020 class thus far – Turner Corcoran, Zavier Betts and Logan Smothers, but none in the 2021 class as of yet.
Blessed to have opportunities to be great, just all a product of my hard work on and off the field just so thankful to say I have received an offer to the University of Nebraska🌽🔴 #GoHuskers #RealRichmond pic.twitter.com/LAL32NwjNa
