Darrion Daniels will be joining his brother, Damion Daniels, on Nebraska’s defensive line in 2019. Although the news was first reported a couple of weeks ago, the elder Daniel’s transfer from Oklahoma State to Nebraska was made official on Friday, via confirmation from the Nebraska football Twitter account.
The 6-foot-3, 320 pound player has the potential to wreak havoc for Erik Chinander’s Blackshirts. Although Daniel’s 2018 campaign was cut short due to injury, the defensive lineman had 26 total tackles and a couple of pass breakups in 10 games with the Cowboys in 2017.
